Several years ago, a broader vision of non-profit capacity building for community development came together in an ambitious new strategic plan for RG and partners, to create sustainable non-profit organizations. Our circle of influence with a community of consultants provides proven referrals for organizational development, board and staff development, program development, community engagement and our specialized services to create fund and resource development strategies.
Our staff begins with a free consultation and assessment to gauge your organization’s readiness to apply and manage funds. We are serious about ensuring your organization’s readiness and ensuring the correct operational standards are present to comply with the funding agencies reporting requirements. Secondly, we will identify several funding resources, craft a letter of intent and complete the grant or funding application on behalf of your organization.
We then use this fund development exercise to identify and leverage other funding and resource development sources to further your mission.
“Our organization’s work with RG has been productive and helped us further our funding and resource development needs to support staff and serve our youth and families. There team’s years of experience have been a tremendous asset in navigating and positioning our work for funding.”
Victor Caceres, Executive Director, Pomona Valley Boys and Girls Club
We have been working with the RG group for over 2 years and our experience has been challenging and productive. Their group has asked and pressed with the “tougher questions” of operating our $2 million non-profit agency and helped management and staff identify our organizational and program priorities, create process and implemented fund development work plans.
Tracy Fitzsimmons, Director of Operations, Path of Life Ministries
RG has been a tremendous asset to our program delivery needs by creating and delivery a youth achievement council facilitated by their partner agency Project TOOLS. Their input and care for our diverse at-risk youth population has been extraordinary.
